Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@peakerect.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can process a replacement quickly.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unopened items. We recommend using a trackable service. Please do not ship the product until you receive a confirmation email from our team.
  3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
