This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for PeakErect® orders and subscriptions.

PeakErect® is a brand owned and operated by Flawless Bloom LLC.

Order Cancellations

PeakErect® begins processing orders shortly after purchase so customers can receive their bottles promptly. Cancellation requests are reviewed when received, but approval depends on the order’s fulfillment status.

An order may be canceled only if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To help locate the order, the request should include the customer’s name, order number, and email address used at checkout.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already shipped are handled under the PeakErect® Refund Policy rather than this Cancellation Policy. Eligible customers may request a return or refund according to the posted refund terms.

Subscription Cancellations

Customers with an active subscription may request cancellation of future subscription orders. Subscription cancellations apply only to future billing cycles and do not cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Requests should be submitted before the next billing date to allow time for review and processing.

First Subscription Orders

First subscription orders may qualify for the PeakErect® 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions described in the Refund Policy.

The guarantee may apply to single bottles, bundles, and first subscription orders according to the current refund terms, including any requirements for opened and unopened bottles.

Order Changes

Address changes, quantity updates, or other order modifications may be requested before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PeakErect® and Flawless Bloom LLC are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the matter may be reviewed under the applicable support and replacement terms. Customers may contact support with their order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

When a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
